Trust Leadership Coach
1:1 Coaching and Group Training for Leaders who want deeper impact without burning out
I help you unblock your potential so you can build relationships of trust that drive positive outcomes.
This starts when you peel back the layers of untruths that are in your way. You begin to see clearly and understand what you care about, how you show up and are perceived in the world, and the action you can take to change your world.
I can help you with this through 1:1 Coaching and Group Facilitation. 1:1 Coaching serves you by clarifying your values and obstacles, charting a path of action, and navigating the chaos surrounding growth. Group Facilitation is a way to spread true principles to your team through the Simmons Trust Cycle, which helps you build relationships of trust that drive positive business outcomes.
The truth is this: when you focus on becoming, achievement inevitably follows. If you have relationships of trust, you have everything you need to succeed.
What You Get
You are here because you want deep, lasting, true transformation for yourself and the people who rely on you. You know that inside you there is room for more: more growth, more satisfaction, more peace, more love, more achievement.
I can help you become the truest version of yourself, show up in the world like you want to, and achieve what you desire most. This will happen as you shed untruths that the world has given you. Your growth will extend to bless the people in your personal and professional life.

My Story
Years ago I got a wake up call during family prayer. My son was praying before bed and asked God for a blessing that shocked me:
“Please help dad get what he needs.”
He said that because he could sense my stress about money, my drive to “be more productive”, to achieve more, and he knew I was crushing myself in the process.
I realized that I had known for a while that something was off, but I avoided it because I didn’t know how to fix it. Instead, I had continued to focus on external indicators of success:
Promotions and special assignments in my 9-5
Building my side business year over year
Buying a truck I always wanted in cash
Serving in respected positions in my church community
In spite of the achievements, accolades, and legitimately cool things in my life, I was allowing my desire for success to crush my spirit and limit my ability to be the husband and father I truly wanted to be.
I felt a deep desire to change, and so I began a journey of true growth and unleashing that continues to bring me joy and success. And I continue to change as I continue to learn and act in alignment with what I care about.
I have discovered truths along my journey that I now teach the people I coach and train:
everything you need to succeed, you already have
alignment is more important than balance
when you begin to change, everything else begins to change too
relationships of trust follow a pattern and can be built and repaired
relationships of care are the key to enduring success
you aren’t all you could be, and you’re also not who you used to be
I’ve still got room to grow, but my life has changed. My wife tells me I am different than before. My son tells me how much he enjoys spending time with me. I am closer to my true self than I’ve ever been.
What’s crazy is that I’m also achieving more. But this achievement is sweet because it is coming as the inevitable result of becoming, and not as the result of staying on the grind, doing more, or burning myself out.
The more I become, the more I achieve, and the more whole I feel along the way. This can be true for you too.
